it should be but it becomes my problem when a bunch of people that aren't really trans request hRT, making the requirements to get hrt for an actual trans almost impossible (and surgery impossible for a poor person because so many crazy people can apparently pay for it out of pocket, making people think we are all sexual deviants, de-legitimizing people that really got their chromosomes fucked and need this treatment but can't get it because so many people just see it as a fetish.

personal xp yeah. I havent done a lot of research either but from interactions online it seems like its really easy for these guys to get hrt while I had to go through tons of therapy with people younger than i am because they did gender studies or whatever.
