Motivation just comes at random outbursts and doesn't really last long.

Basically have to force myself to do something and succeed in one way or another to feel consistently motivated

You still have motivation to watch YouTube. I can't even do that anymore. I have loads of vids piled up in my subscriptions page and I couldn't watch more than one.
It's my only day off work in 6 days and all I have motivation for is to lurk here.
