it's completely pointless.

if you have an actual problem with your brain, like some weird chemical imbalance that is causing a measurable mental illness, then they can help with drugs and stuff. But, If you are just depressed cause your life sucks, it is a waste of time.

was in therapy for 10 years, therapists, psychiatrists, meds, the whole deal.


they can fix the one, but there is no pill to make you glad your life sucked.
