Does my art make you feel anything?
If so, what does it make you feel?
I don't know the name for this emotion. It's similar to envy but not quite, as it's not a negative. I wish I could draw that well.

I deducted points because you keep attention whoring
this passes through the first two, perhaps, of my ten obscurantism firewalls

You're really annoying desu
Your art is very nice, please continue with more.
It's a bit of a feeling of loneliness.

don't bully him!!!
oroginaeles
what are you doing on r9k if you're a good artist
>>37763708
it makes me feel bad for your parents because they have to live with the fact that they created you

They remind me of ornate glass perfume bottles sitting on a sooty windowsill overlooking an industrial wasteland--perhaps Victorian London.
...Pretty good.

makes me feel very slightly amused

What's art? Drawings? There are drawings that tickle my pickle, if that's what you mean. ;)

>>37763708
reminds me of woodblock art
your composition feels unnatural though, especially in the first one, and it feels unsettling, like if I look at it for too long something's going to snatch me up

Yeah loneliness is a big theme in my work
Draw more cute girls and I can say something

OP, I like your style but am wondering why you use subjects from another time period? Would be interesting to see this in a modern context.

Ominous, as if this was the last photo taken of her before she was murdered
>>37764604
I like it a lot Anon keep working at it honestly
It gives me hope that people keep trying to be good at something especially if they show some sort of talent.
The world has enough shitty artists.

Thanks man :)
It's my goal to spread positivity with my artwork (even if my art is based on themes of loneliness and disconnection).
I'm not saying that I'm "gifted" (that word seems narcissistic), but I want to practice enough so that I can give the gift of my art to as many people as possible.
Lonliness while not being alone

No problem dude.
Who would you say are some of your inspirations?
If I randomly scrolled past these somewhere else I wouldn't even give them a second glance. Looking closely though, they project a sense of despair.
>>37765295
Some of my inspirations are Picasso, Basquiat, Matisse, Van Gogh, Sargent, Bacon, Freud, Degas, Cezanne, and Pollock
Alright for a 17 year old, lacks fundamentals. If you are over the age of 20 don't expect this to become a career for you seriously.
