Quality food is surprisingly inexpensive. Load up on dried black beans, rice, frozen broccoli, and bananas. A lbs of black beans is like a dollar, rice is stupid cheap, frouen broccoli isn't super cheap but you only need it 1-2 times a day. Banana's where I live are like 67 cents a pound, retardadly cheap lol. Or go the potato route instead of rice. Potatoes have more fiber and iron and other nutrients. Beans will literally make you live longer. Give it a shot
