The heap of sand paradox applies to height. If 6'11" is tall, then so is 6'10" ... if 6'4" is tall, then so is 6'3" ... if 5'9" is tall, then so is 5'8" ... and so on.

I think it depends on your country (asians would obviously get away with being shorter, northern europeans would not), but in the US, at least, I think it's:

6'7" or more: Bordering on freakishly tall, people will assume you play basketball
6'2-6'6": Arguably the ideal, definitely tall in the way women seem to like
5'10"-6'1": Average, if you're 5'10" or 5'11" you can easily get away with pretending to be 6'0"
5'7"-5'9": Manlet
Anything less: Depression/kys-tier, you'll have problems getting people to take you seriously let alone get a gf

Also, bear in mind that many people lie about their heights, which encourages others to do the same. Some guy who's really 5'10" claims to be 6'0", and then someone tells the 6'0" 'you must be at least 6'2' because this other guy is 6'0" and he's shorter'. For example, my dad is barely 5'10", I'm just under 6'0", but since he insists he's 5'11" he tells everyone in the family I'm 6'1".
