This is bullshit. There are many delusional fucks walking the earth who will never become what they think. And there are many spergy guys who are naive with good attitudes who will have their hearts broken.

Nothing, because everytime I've tried this bullshit, I ended up worse off than before. "Self-improvement" is a fraud.

I cleaned my room recently, and I'm taking slow steps towards self improvement.

Every other hour I do something constructive and non time wasting (do some writing, do some online work, go out on a hike, ect.)

And to keep my room clean I no longer eat in my room which means I only eat when I'm hungry rather than as a distraction. Since I only have half the time to shitpost/game I did before it's more fun because I'm more limited.

Going bretty gud so far, I kinda fell off the bandwagon during e3 but I'm getting back on now.
