I had acne problems until I was 23, that shit was the worst but I stopped eating candy, potato chips, and drinking soda then results started showing slowly overtime

23 I have the same problem as you, OP. I excercise regularly, take luke warm showers daily, and, for the most part, refrain from eating unhealthy food.

In addition to my bacne, I have also developed acne scars. They are more unsightly than the acne itself.

Is there a way to remove or at least alleviate the scars? I've googled it for a tiny bit and didn't find anything concrete.
