What are the deepest black pills you know robots?

Ill start with a question though:
Can premature aging from a shitty diet as most poor people in the US have be reversed?
>>
>>37740383
you've wasted a significant portion of your life on a shitty website
>>
a bit babby tier
the world you experience is just a copy buffered into your mind
>>
>>37740383
Youth is an ephemeral moment. Afterwards, its a long, stagnant march towards death.
>>

To answer your question: yes. Eat a plant-based diet of starchy carbs (potatoes, brown rice) with lots of fruit and veggies (especially green veggies). Add to that a few hours of sunshine per week (like, 30 minutes a day), you will look 100% better than you would on the shifty American diet
>>
>>37740598
I forgot to mention that you should add beans to the diet. Black beans are best. 1 cup a day will go a long way towards your health, and one's health is reflected in their appearance

Is there proof that it undoes things premature aging does to you?
Wrinkles, sagging face fat due to the accelerated aging. (and it definitely probably is aging because of garbage junk food/fast food)
http://www.smartskincare.com/smartchoices/aging-face_not-just-wrinkles.html
Can nutrition correct the stresses on the facial muscles/sagging fat or does it merely stop the accelerated progression?
Thank you regardless.

A copy? A copy of what?

As far as I understand it, the fat one eats is that fat one wears. If you have a flabby face or even wrinkly, you would do good to eat leaner foods like starch vegetables and greens and beans. "Aging" is actually just the body shutting down, the death of the body. Given the proper fuel through food, your body will sort of heal itself, and you should begin to look more vibrant. I am an anon on the Internet but you can take my word that it happened to me. Make sure you get that sunshine too!

According to these, caloric restriction is what extends lifespan and not exercise.
I want to know if it also reverses anything.
In theory, would it not be possible to address every health issue someone has that they're not born with?
I can believe most people who've had good nutrition and were probably born into wealth look 5~ years younger than they should because of good nutrition and habits.
Would it be possible to take a prematurely aged subject and get them to the point the better off individual is at, or are there degrees of damage that are irreversible and remain?

It's really simple, but life isn't fair. I don't mean that in a sophomoric, angst sense, I mean it in a natural sense. Every single good thing you enjoy is actually the result of absolutely untold horror being inflicted upon other living things, every convenience you have is made from the blood and bones of creatures sacrificed upon the altar of life and dominance.

Good things don't actually happen, goodness doesn't actually exist. There's just a constant struggle to feel the least pain, then death. People do not "deserve" anything, no matter how hard you try there will always be things and experiences you will never have.

It's not about calorie restriction, per se. More about eating the nutrient-rich goof that acts as medicine for the body. You'll look AND feel younger. Don't limit your self or go hungry. The more you eat, the more vitamins, fiber, and other healing nutrients you will get. Your aging will slow down and you will begin to look younger (aka healthier)

>ephemeral moment

a bit redundant don't you think

Thank you anon, I believe you. I suppose I just want a definite answer since I'm looking for face gains.
I wonder what the reason behind unfit people who successfully do get fit but still have aged faces are?
>>
>>37740853
It'd be great if I could undo it entirely to where I should be if I had better habits originally.
According to those studies, restriction causes the body to get used to expecting less food and cells sort of prolong themselves as an environmental adjustment.
The things I've read about face fat and muscles and such though, still lead me to believe there's something going untreated. Like in this pic.
>>37740860
I am simply wondering what triggers full on effects on the face.

I am.. unfortunately aware that the entire planet we're on are basically corpses and fossilized remnants of ancient living things.
From the mountains, to rocks. To the trees. Lack of them, rather.

On the subject of the American diet, I'm worried that eating clean doesn't effect us as much as it would, if our foods weren't full of additives and GMOs. Finding quality food that isn't altered to cancel out all the beneficial properties of it can be hard.
Shit in the plastic that contains our water and food. Arsenic in the rice. Goes on and on.
It makes me feel like just trying to eat fruits and vegetables isn't enough to trigger reversal with so many other toxins. So there must be a catch.
>>
It is weird that magic new procedures for cells on rats or new treatments that are experimental and only affordable by rich people seem to trigger magic regenerative properties but food often doesn't.
But the wild versions of that food often do.
Makes me feel like there's something all of us could objectively do to fix a lot of health issues.
A missing stimulant, something we don't have that exists that corrects everything that's not genetically deep rooted like a hereditary disease.
I feel like anything one isn't born with is probably banishable
