Huge overbite and recessed chin

Already spent 15k on jaw realignment surgery which fully rebounded back after a year or two
Also now have nerve damage and numbness all over my chin and patches of my facial hair grow white, not that I can grow it anyway

I was too young at the time (~18) and my bone structure hadn't finished growing. It would require another surgery and I can't really afford to do it again so haven't bothered to go back

Yeah I was seeing an orthodontist first for a couple years since I had bracers and she referred me to a jaw surgeon for the surgery.
I'm not sure if it's required but the bracers were needed for the surgery since they were used to wire my jaw shut for a month

I don't know what you're talking about. There are surgeries that you can undergo to have it extended.

Plastic surgery is honestly a godsend for people with recessed chins.

Because I feel like chiming in.

I had this. Was causing some breathing issues, so I got that surgically fixed mid-late 2015. It's totally doable, and I actually have a chin now. (No, I'm not posting pictures.) Surgeon (Dr. Jeevaka Yapa in Michigan, if you must know.) said it was the most movement he did in years.

...that being said, I'm still single and hopeless, so don't kid yourself.

Oh yeah, it wasn't plastic surgery. They literally cut open from inside my mouth, cut the jaw bone, moved the whole damn thing, bolted it back on with a metal plate or something, and then sealed everything back up.

...okay, maybe it was a little less gruesome than that, but honestly not really. Recovery was an absolute bitch. Everything was swollen for at least a few weeks. And numb. Have you ever touched your lip while it's numb? Absolutely surreal experience.

Oh, yeah, and it wasn't just a "okay, here's surgery, you're done, woot!" deal. It was two years of orthadontical misery. First, the palette expander. This weird metal contraption they shove in the roof of your mouth to get things shapely. Food WILL get stuck up there. Plan accordingly. Then the braces. With the little rubber bands, to keep things aligned. ASK FOR THE LITTLE PLASTIC HOOK THING. You need it. You keep the braces for a few months after the surgery.

But hey, my teeth are straight now, so that's cool.

A lot of the time losing face fat can make your jaw more apparent. You can also try touching your teeth together to bring it forward.

Your chin/jaw is also fine, it's loose neck skin killing you.
It could be fat, or loose muscle ligaments.
Generally speaking I believe once your facial muscles start to age, things like loose necks/jowls set in. I don't know how to reverse it.

I have gynecomastia, it's not fat. I can feel the breast tissue, general practitioner also agreed with this.
I'm really not in bad shape, despite not being very careful with my diet. I'd imagine if I had motivation I could get /fit/ in a reasonable timeframe

What fucks me up is that on top of my slightly weak chin I have puffy cheeks and lips and big ears which gives me this stupid baby-face look. Hopefully I just need to lose some weight but I'm not so sure desu. I did notice my jawline can be fairly visible from some angles though so at least there's that
