why? it's a show about relationships. it's meant to show a realistic depiction of a child being forced into an adult world of pain and responsibilities before he is ready. the opposite to mecha anime where every 12 year old somehow knows advanced conversions and physics, and never has insecurities, and how everything works out in the end for him.
