This is Michael Santana. Michael was invited to the League of Legends beta testing and as a result, made friends with the other participants. (Most of which are now big names in the LoL community as well.) He later was invited to Team Dignitas to play with a few other early beta participants (most noteably Scarra) where he made a name for himself as "Imaqtpie".

Dignitas wasnt really considered a competitive team when he was playing for them. They lost a lot and got destroyed by even new and upcoming teams. Imaqtpie then retired from league of legends to become a full-time streamer where he now makes upwards of 2 grand a day. He also has a very cute Asian girlfriend who takes it very personally to see that his cock is well serviced.

Now you might ask yourself, what did he do to earn his current fame and fortune? Was there hard work and dedication involved? That would make sense wouldnt it? Unfortunately, none of that was involved. He was simply lucky enough to have the opportunity to make friends with the right people.
