I know the feeling well, and I wish there was a word for it. That empty feeling you get inside when you finish anything.

I procrastinate so much at watching the last episodes of shows, or the last few chapters of books, because I get so empty when they are done. It passes after a bit, but I haven't found anything that helps.

it's probably the moment your brain knows there are no more levels so you don't get a dopamine reward anymore for the activity, also supported by the fact that you tend to feel bad about yourself more than about the world
