Wait till you pull 52 hour days and you can only take pills to sleep before shit gets lethal but you can't take the pills too often or you'll build a resistance so sometimes those 52 hour days turn into a 72+ hour day.

When you drinks loads of coffee to get motivated but instead are still tired and in bed with mind fog and feel like shit but can't sleep cause you're heart is beating fast

No idea. Mines from a fucked up brain but about 99.99% of the time I can't sleep so i take whats essentially a tranquilizer when i need to.
If its getting actively worse you might end up that way.
