I prefer nightmares over nice dreams, because then I'm happy to wake up. Dreaming of her only makes me sad for the rest of the week, ruining sleep which is the only thing making me sane.

If you have pictures of her, delete them and stop looking at them. I'm day 1 into this and it was a bit hard at first and I almost relapsed, but it's helped a lot.
