phrasing should do the whole trick, don't add 'and' or anything that makes it look like you're wishing for two different things. my wishes would simply be:

If a human lived for eternity on fire, he would not feel anything after like the first 10 minutes tops. The genie will experience the same sensations a human would, which would be a short amount of absolute agony followed by absolutely no sensation at all.
