Going to the park is a nice robot activity. I would recommend it to anyone trying to get less screen time. You can walk around, sit on benches and read, play on the swings like an autist, and watch animals pass by. Trying to chit chat to people can also help you become more normie. If you have a nice park to go to, I recommend going to it.

On vacation, no one to talk to for a month. That's what I've been doing and will be doing. Or just general long walks, good for introspection. Would reccomend

I dont want to socialize.
If for any reason i feelike going outside for fresh air oe to kove around, i take my old wooden pipe and walk around puffing on weed for an hour or two listening to music.
Its quite nice since i can pretend im the last person on earth just enjoying the moon and the vast night sky.
