Well

Your perception of success is skewed, they haven't "moved on" anywhere, they're not "ahead" of you. They simply went in a different direction in life.
Yes it's true society sees different paths as more successful than others, but how often is society ever even right? British society decided plunging themselves into economic hell was a good idea, for example.
Even if you don't think you're walking any path, that's ok too. Take your time before you make those first steps.
Damn, I was totally hoping they would suffer, they couldnt seem to leave me alone.

I think it's pretty clear to say that the way society views success currently will remain for a good long time. Any deviation from it would well be considered a failure. But the point being is it sucks seeing all your close friends being successful while you're stuck in your room on 4chan ;_;
>have become so self-centered and narcissistic that I don't give a shit about friends anymore
Feels liberating desu, friendship is overrated
They're not more succesful than you, you are just too worried about their shit, focus on surviving, getting a job, and then you can focus on all the rest. Stop worrying about them and start thinking about you.
