As for the little girls, it's actually hundreds (he had more of puppies) outside of folders but the date and hour on some of the downloaded images inside many named folders were often the same and the filenames were like instagram or facebook ones, probably instagram and it looks like he downloaded entire profiles in one click which is why he's got thousands of total images which weren't individually/manually saved.
