AI will destroy humanity, but not in the cool sci-fi way that people usually think about. It will essentially replace humans and any purpose they feel they may have. They will take jobs and leave no money for humans. Everyone will be poverty stricken and homeless, with no joy in life. AI can literally fucking out-human humans. Humans will be irrelevant and serve 0 purpose.
