Road rage

So this just happened.

>driving home
>going speed limit
>car following me is really really close to the back of my car
>getting triggered by him
>all of a sudden there's a tiny side lane for turning
>he goes flying past me in the turning lane and just gets back onto the road before the lane ends
>i'm currently as triggered as a SJW witnessing cultural appropriation
>rage inside me
>he goes to turn off the road
>i follow him
>realise what I did
>in for a penny in for a pound
>proceed to follow him for a good 20 minutes
>at one point he starts driving up and down random streets in some neighbourhood
>he gets back on a different highway
>keep following him
>eventually we get off the high way and into another neighborhood he pulls into a driveway
>I park at the end of the street still very mad but i've basically forgotten why and am just mad for being mad
>he starts walking towards my car angily
>I get scared and drive away
>took me ages to get home from there i'd driven so far
I know it's not normal or good to do what I did, but is it really bad or just a bit weird?
