What do you guys usually eat for breakfast?

Nothing i wake up at 12 AM to cook a huge amount of pasta every day

Right now I have 2 cups of oats, 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein, and 2 tbsp of cocoa with 1/2 a cup of organic frozen blueberries. Used to be 1 cup of oats, 6 whole eggs with 4 egg whites scrambled with a bell pepper and cheese.

Chilli can or tuna can most of the time

usually just throw in 2 hot pockets for a quick breakfast before work. I use to drink coffee too, but I started throwing up after drinking it so I stopped.

Usually space it out over two hour, so I have two breakfasts. Sometime I have a cup of coffee, black, no sugar.

It varies but it's usually something light, today it was a granola bar, yogurt, OJ, and a banana, sometimes it's just one or two of these.

About once every week or two I splurge and have 2 or 3 fried eggs, French toast, bacon, ham sausage, a bowl of sugary cereal(lucky charms, fruity pebbles, front loops, or similar), OJ, a can of Coke (it just tastes good), which I eat at quite a leisurely pace.
