Canned refried beans, you can get them for like 50c a can on sale, and it saves you hours cooking time.

But, what you're actually asking is which is the best lazy person ready to eat canned food, and I'd either go with canned peaches or sardines. sardines on crackers are godlike and you get to gross out normies eating them in public. Chili is decent too, especially for quick chili dogs, but I'd rather cook my own chili because I can make a lot very easily and it'll last me a long time.
