Yeah, lately I've been going to the gym 6x per week. Not lifting every day of course. I really enjoy running/jogging a lot and I usually do that for like 60-90 mins or something (only 30 mins if I'm doing lifts the same day).

I currently have this physique with body weight exercises, but when I try to eat more, I only get more fat and not muscle. For some the effort will be so excruciating and time consuming that it may as well be impossible for them. Theoretical possibilities have little relevance to a shitty everyday life.

Back when I was a kid I was able to cry just by making up possible scenarios in my head of myself getting bullied or by seeing a homeless guy on the streets. My teachers called me "sensitive" and "who overreacts to everything". All of this drastically changed during high school, I stopped acting like a sperg but still couldn't manage to get friends.
I used to spend hours gazing at the sky instead and listening to music. It felt like I was discovering a new world. Now I hardly feel anything new, I'm quickly forgetting these feelings. I don't need love, and it feels wrong, I don't want a gf or to play vidya games like everyone on this board. I don't feel anxious anymore but it's made me a unproductive piece of shit with no ambitions in life. Am I lucky to not experience these sensations? I don't feel so, I want to feel them again.
