Unless they're alt girls, they usually like girls with curly/wavy long hair because they think it's pretty and want to play with it. I know this because I had long hair like that. If you're with emo chicks, they usually like the long, straight, metalhead hairstyle, soul patch optional.

I'm a 7/10 with long hair, and girls approach me when I'm out drinking, but I'm too spergy to close the deal, unless they are hyper agressive (ugly ones).
Also I live with my dad still but most dumb college age girls don't give a shit about that.
