As long as you aren't entering microsleep when operating heavy machinery, I can't knock staying awake for a couple of days just once.
Get normal sleep, though.

It's pretty hard to get through the night, but the day is a breeze

Somehow I made it 100 hours without sleep. I then collapsed and fell asleep at hour 101.
