What the duck is wrong with women

I used tinder and have tried to ask girls out and have failed almost all the time I tried to find out what was wrong with my approach I go to them and say hi or hello or something like that and get rejected almost on the spot after that. I asked a couple of friends gfs and they told me is this "hello as opening line is too boring"(pic related is my face when they said this).....hello the basic of basic conversation starters is too beneath them as a ice breaker. WTF is wrong with women what in the he'll do u want us to do make a song and dance? Please anons help me understand this.
