second day fasting and i broke and had a little bit of a protein shake. still, having 40 cals today instead of the usual 2000 is an improvement

Actually quite impressive. Do you think you can maintain that in the long run though? I've met a few people who have done the same but end up splurging because it was too much to maintain
I've just stopped eating breakfast and lunch and just eat after work now. Saves quite the amount of calories. I could always stop drinking to save even more calories but that's going too far.
