Do you have any methods of shutting down your emotional pain?
Share your methods, but ones that don't consist of illicit substances (I can't do drugs, tried once, but they are too intense).

Lifting weights / exercices. At least you're improving yourself and feel kind of proud for a couple of hours.

Why Im I feeling at my worst with good friends. Its like I realise even more how I am different.

I did some light cardio exercices by cycling for about 4 hours, but the only thing besides a horrible sunburn was a fleeting feeling of happiness (lasting only for a fraction of the time, which also spookes me out, since I've always felt the best after cycling...
