I hope I can get the latter. I want to be able to organize my life better and get things out of my life rather than putting myself in a position where I am given things out of pitty (neetbux).

I am receiving a screening and taking it from there. But I heard a lot of horror stories with this type of thing. Especially medication.

You'll get prescribed a weak ass meme SSRI and get referred to talk therapy.

You'll have to go though 3 or so different drugs over the next year before they actually give you the good shit.
