What are you doing right now to better yourself?
I'm waiting to be accepted into uni and don't have much going on, but I'm eating a high protein low calorie diet and trying to lose weight while doing some easy excercise
i stopped going to college
gpa was 1.15
Been doing bodyweight exercises for a few days, biking for a few weeks. I feel way more optimistic and healthy.
I don't know if I can do these exercises every day, but I'll try because they make me feel very good, if I'm too burned from them I'll do cardio instead.
Been applying to a few entry level jobs (not wagie, freelance).
Retook meditation after a break I had for a while.
I'm forcing myself a little bit every day to do things I normally wouldn't or that I know that are good for me but don't feel like doing.
(Going to beach, even if alone; talk more with whomever I am with, etc.)
I also blocked imageboards from my browser for one or two days and the results were amazing. It's shocking how much this kind of sites shorten your attention span.
As soon as I find some substitute form of socialization I'm gonna try to do this again as long as I can, perhaps indifinitely.

Hit the gym daily, when I can't I do an hour of bodyweight.
Meditate daily.
Read non-fiction daily.
Cold showers daily.
Go to bed at reasonable times and get up early.
Cut sugar and junkfood from my eating habits and reduced carb intake drastically.
I've been depressed under this school system and fake life goals society taught me, so I strive instead for pure self-mastery. I have some form of purpose now, some reason to get out of bed.
I've started going to bed at 10:30, because if i get the job i'm applying for i'll have to leave for it at 6 every morning.
I've also started shaving every day instead of once a week or so, and brushing my teeth twice a day + flossing + mouthwash instead of once a day + mouthwash. Mouth really hurts because of the flossing, but I think that's a good thing.
Also signed onto a car lease, which is an additional responsibility, which I think will be good for me. First time I've been on my own insurance policy and first time I've had a car in my name.
I want to start going to the gym in the morning, but I didn't do that today because my car gets here tomorrow evening. The place I might start working at has a gym on its grounds so I'm going to work early there to get that gym time in the morning.
I started learning a bit of guitar, piano, Japanese, and Italian. It's probably too much at once, but I don't do much else, at least until I go back to uni in the fall.
