How are you handling/planning to handle the summer heat this year anon?
Last year i paid $200 for electricity because i used air conditioning. This year i have an evaporative cooler so hopefully i dont do that again.
Bumperino with salami
I dont even know, I just cant handle this shit, 2nd heatwave this year already, fuck summer
Be very very jealous.

I am not a pussy that needs an air conditioner. I can adapt to the heat.
AC and going on vacation to somewhere colder.
Staying inside, only going out to exercise, take care of my garden, and prepare for thunderstorms

I usually can too, just turn on a fan or two and be sweaty. I dislike being sweaty so i look for other options.
I was about to install an ac in my room. A really nice one. Then my parents said no. I was going to pay for everything myself. But no, they don't want a hole put through the wall. They think turning down the whole house's ac will be enough. To keep up with the heat put out by my shitty AMD housefire, I'd have to set it down to 70F and progressively lower, the longer I run a game, and freeze the rest of the house.

Cant you get a windowmount one?
>>37640334
You paid $200 in total for electricity for the whole summer? That's really not bad at all if you have an AC running all day.
>>37642393
$200 for power in 1 month. it was $150 the month before and after that month too IIRC. Usually, its around $70/mo.
God fucking damnit, if there was a place on earth where it was cold, grey and rainy 24/7/365 i'd fucking move there in a heartbeat and never look back seriously
>>37642522
Fucking this, I would be able to think clearly everyday and not fear going outside into the sweltering heat
>>37642522
Everyday hoodie weather. Count me in.
If you put a fan on you, get undressed and stay wet from a spray bottle its OK.
You can wet a shamwow and put it on you too.

>evaporative cooler
>switching dry hot with humid hot
this has to be the most retarded thing I've read today
>>37642992
Id rather it be 77 and humid then 94 and dry or 77 and super expensive.
>>37643137
It won't be 77. More like 90, 85 at best. Those don't work that good.
>>37643341
Yes it will, it was yesterday.
During the day I'm ok with just a fan. But I cannot fucking stand hot nights when I am trying to sleep. I'm tempted to get one of those portable a.c. units so I don't have to turn on the air.
> 94 degrees
> "hot"
Stay away from TIXUS, boi
