These are not negative emotions OP.
They have just been demonized by our current feminine culture. Hatred and anger are powerful fuel for change. Just make sure your hatred and anger are just and stop feeling bad about those feelings.
It's okay to hate injustice and get angry at evil. Let it push you to change the world for the better.

First step is to realize that you hate yourself and then project that anger to things around you.
