anyway shitting is p good if the shit formation and texture is optimal. nicely packed balls that aren't too dry or too greasy. spiky dry shits are bad, but the worst is when my stomach flora is all fucked up and a cork forms at the end of my asshole, and is then followed by this fucking horrid sludge when i work the cork out. i hope i never have to go on antibiotics again.

I actually literally just had a shit, so this is the thread for me. To answer the OP, yes, shitting is amazing. It is an order of magnitude greater than fapping. I only shit once a week but when I do I shit big logs that make me go into bliss when they pass. Even better is the convulsions from holding it in as long as possible. It can be so good that I'm leaning against the wall for support from the ecstasy.

What's not so great is the pooballs that get stuck in my bumhair when it mushes together in my underwear if I try to hold it in for too long:(

You cannot even comprehend how sick and tired I am of being told how to eat. People even get mad when I tell them I've already tried, but it didn't work. Hell, I've done diets that consisted solely of foods I had to import because literally nobody eats it. Nothing helped, so I just went back to eating huge amounts of whatever I like.
