OP I used to have warts. What you are doing is panic for no reason. Cutting it and burning it lol is this your first wart? You must be patient. Fighting a wart is more like a siege instead of a quick method.

I just apply superglue to the warts. People say duct tape but thats ugly and can fall off easy. Use super glue, its clear and seals very well. Re-apply whenever it gets thin. The wart will suffocate or it gets agitated sending white blood cells to the area. Idk the science behind it but the war always dies after some time doing this. So ya go do that and relax

op DON'T go to a doctor I had one of these things on my ass. If you start feeling intense pain or whatever then obviously go but these people in this thread are just devolving into the usual 4chan response during health threads "just go to a doctor" because they're idiots.
You COULD dig that out but you'd have to have neosporin/ peroxide/ something to disinfect it as well as a bandage or wrap you should have on for a few days changing after you shower.
OR you could pour a bit of rubbing alchohol onto the wart to kill any bacteria, then cover it with some kind of thick, viscous material to not let any air in. Think toothpaste, neosporin cream if you have it, or even peanut butter if you're desperate. What's important is that you pour on alchohol and then stop air from getting to it.
If you're feeling adventurous you could dip it into a mixture of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide

its too late for OP but for other people that have wart issues this stuff worked for me on a couple medium sized warts

not the liquid, not the freeze stuff, not the stick, the GEL

just put a dab of it on it, put a bandaid on it, then removed the bandaid a couple days later and the wart was either dead or mostly dead and at that point I cleaned/scrubbed the dead layer off and reapplied the gel+bandaid, next time it was entirely gone, applied neosporin+bandaid and it healed and it has stayed gone
