hello robots, here you are free to share your strange habits that you do to cope with whatever you may be suffering with.
i'll start-
i personally have little to no human contact and haven't for a long time. i dont even long for it anymore, but i do weird things instead
>buy food for two or three
>take it somewhere where there should be people, or where people gather
>eat mine, give the rest to a homeless man or if i haven't eaten all day, eat the other ones, too
>have a coat named Nicholas, talk to the coat when im wearing it, and then consider what Nicholas would say in response
>talk to myself frequently, have even gone so far as to have such extensive conversations that i solve complicated issues on my own just by talking it out long enough
>sleep in a bed big enough for two but small enough to not be obtrusive in the house
>text myself on my phone and play little games with myself
>talk to myself with a different pitch/accent sometimes to simulate a new person
>sit in empty discords i create just to pretend
im not actually, legitimately crazy, but ive just gotten used to it.

I just push my problems out of my mind. It doesn't work very well and I'm sure something in me is going to break one of these days.

I have a green polk dot bodypillow to sleep next to everynight. She's essentially a mixture of every girl i've ever liked, at least in my mind. I cuddle her, and pretend we live in a comfy cabin. Eventually I realize how autistic I am and I cry before passing out.

I have made people in my head, and talk to a few of them. Also have created a whole world in my head where these people live, very few know of my existence, simply living their lives as they would usually. I retreat to this world where I quietly play god, mostly I just observe silently, though occasionally I nudge things in a certain direction. It's very comfy, and helps me unstress.
