They can be considered people as much a children can. Women have a child's mind, but more intellect so they can use more advanced tactics to carry out their childish behavior.
Once I've truly realized how true this was it took me less than a month to get a gf even though I was a khv at 23. You just have to treat them like they are your little cousins or something.
