Once a day usually.
Sometimes two times if I skipped a day which just averages to 7 times a week.

I only shit when I have access to my own bathroom (in which case I'll go once a day) unless I'm in the woods/on the road for 3+ days and I cant hold it anymore. I feel autistic about it but it's what I do.
