i wouldn't recommend taking them frequently, it could lead to an enema dependency. i had that for 2 years, it's pure hell not being able to shit without an enema.
I'd say don't do it more than once a week or two. and you'll be fine.

Just be patient desu. No, it's not safe to go running 30 minutes after an enema. It takes a few hours to be absorbed back into the colon, and often you'll be on the pot a few times afterwards. Water pockets get really far up there and take a while to move.

Your body can become dependent on enemas to evacuate waste if you do it too often, so you run the risk of not being able to shit normally ever. "Too often" varies per person, but I'd limit it to once a week tops.

You also dehydrate yourself when performing an enema. Frequent use will fuck up your salt balance, so drink some Gatorade or something else with E L E C T R O L Y T E S after.
