I usually only eat twice a day because I work early and never have time for breakfast. So for lunch I usually make a couple eggs, an avocado and cheese but I eat that every other day because I'll also eat tuna with a little bit of mayo, an avocado and some cheese.

For dinner I'll have a couple chicken breasts with broccoli or some ground beef with some veggies thrown in but just the ones low in carbs. Toss in some shredded cheese too. But I'm trying to mix it up so I won't get bored of the food. Like for dinner today I made hot wings in the oven. Put my own sauce on em, turned out fucking great. Had them with blue cheese and celery.

Drink lots of water too.

I lost 24 kg in 3 months on keto. If you can say no to the food jew and stick to it, you can do 3-4kg per week. It isn't easy, but it is effective.

This is something you can fix anon, I too used to be obese until I done something about it, It took me a year and a half to lose enough weight, But now i'm significantly happier and feel more healthy then I was in the past.

I don't know how.
I struggle in every single area of my life, failing at almost all of them, chronic depression preventing me from fixing any of them even if I just focus on a single one.
If I focus on my weight, I can usually drop 5kg if I keep on it, but I gain it all back the moment I stop.

The thing is I'm not even decadent in regards to food. I almost never drink soft-drinks, mostly water. I don't buy sweets, because I know I have little self control rationing them. My diet is reasonably balanced, I try to avoid processed foods. I do more sports/exercise than I used to.

I probably just eat to much. Cooking for a single person is a bitch, since you don't want ingredients go to waste, everything comes in too big packages etc.. This had to be a reason.

I have this problem too, and there really is no other way around it other then not stopping or eating very small portions of food, eventually you will stop and break the routine anyway so another way to deal with that is to count calories.

Also keep in mind losing the weight is the easy part, keeping it off is the hardest part.

Now that I'm done with college for good, I'm gonna get a gym membership and start lifting.

I'm thinking of going either really early in the morning, like 5 or 6am, or really late at night, like 11pm or midnight.

I like the morning better though because I really don't like walking around my area after dark. Too many sketchy af people, tweakers, and hobos at night. At least early in the morning they'll probably be asleep.

Good luck keeping on schedule with nighttime workouts, I wasn't able to do it. If I had a long day, or already got comfortable, I would often just put off the gym until the next day.

With morning workouts, I have no problems. I've just woken up and I'm at my most rested, plus running in the morning is /comfy/

I get chipotle about 3 or 4 times a week now. Other nights ill make chicken wings and a baked potato or some green beans. Or, I'll just eat a whole digiorno pizza (1800 cal) and nothing else for the rest of the day (i did that today). Seems to be working alright. I just need to start exercising and I think the weight loss will continue.
