Some anon here talked himself warm about Etotama a while ago, so I watched it. It was complete garbage, but it's got some yandere harem thing going. Gintama is awesome and has a female stalker character like that but it's very occasional. School Days might be some sort of contender I guess, it's also garbage. Excel Saga maybe if you count Ilpalazzo as a boy.
