Same issue. She always comes back to me and then 2 weeks later we fall out.

I know if I message she will talk to me, but I do this every time and it always ends badly.

By accepting the reality that she wasn't the one, nor is there such a thing as "the one."

Give it time, give it more and more time and replace her with a different girl. That'll speed it up more than anything but then you'll have a new future problem.
