well sure there are late bloomers, but on average most people have little to no significant growth after 18. all im saying is dont hold your breath because you're most likely not going to grow anymore past 18. and if you really want to squeeze out that last inch or so then cardio + 9 hours of sleep are the prominent factors in producing HGH at a young age, but diet is up there of course
