Apap is acatimataphane, Tylenol. That's the biggest thing you need to worry about, taking more than 10 of those in a short time will cause liver damage. It will be fairly neglagbal, if you have a healthy liver. If yours is compromised, tread lightly.

Assuming you're of avarage, or smoller, stature, i would recommend starting out with 2 of them. If you have a low/No tolerance, you can probably catch a fairly /comfy/ buzz, then do 1 as a maintenance dose. Here are a couple fun facts
>You don't have enough pills to OD on the codine alone, because of the way your body matobolizes it.
>Tylenol OD symptoms (((start))) around the 3,000mg mark.
I used to the apap/Oxycodone which were 250/5 when I was starting with opiates around 17. I once took 25 in 1 night. Do not do that.
