Need some advice from a fellow cyborg or normie

>Me and girl at my job start talking a lot
>we exchange snapchats and phone numbers
>eventually it gets clear that she likes me (flirty snapchats, tries to start little fights about things, going out of her way to talk to me)
>She eventually asks me to hang out which I had to decline because I was busy that night
>the next day she says "so we both have friday off" to which i ask her to go hiking with me and she accepts
>day of she cancels
>after that I just decide to not initiate any conversations with her and put the ball in her court
>4 days later she texts me asking when we get paid (we get paid every two weeks on friday so it's pretty obvious she's trying to talk to me)
>respond with "Why are you asking me this? ask your boss" she responded with "jeez, sorry I bothered you
>about 2 weeks later I get a promotion at work so now I'm in charge of the place when the owner or the head manager isn't around so I have to teach her shit and tell her what to do
>try to avoid conversation with her as much as possible but she eventually suckers me in and we start talking and it gets flirty again
>2 nights later (last night at 11:30pm) she texts me asking when we get paid next so I just tell her and eventually she asks if I want to go to a concert with her, I accept seeing how I have nothing else to do that day
>this morning she texted me and said she's sick and probably won't be able to go (the concert is tomorrow)
>Now I'm honestly getting tired of this bitch

what the fuck is this? is she just looking for attention from me? is she just testing how much I like her? is she genuinely sick?
