My neighbor leaves his living room light on all throughout the night so his entire backyard is lit up. Idk why he fucking does it but it makes it makes it a lot more difficult to pee outside

I hung a large comforter over the window, on top the blinds, and this is nothing compared to the stressful person I just spend a few hours with, so I can keep it out of mind. Need to learn to work through tiny annoyances so I can test in the same room as annoying people. It wasn't even bothering me until I looked out after hearing a shoveling noise. Just the knowledge that it's on was bothering me. I like to see dark when I peer out at night, not the side of an ugly house. I'm okay now :-)

Get better window covering. Maybe even aluminized mylar or plain aluminum foil if conventional blackout curtains are insufficient. Just have something white visible from outside so it doesn't look sketchy.
