I've been worried about specifically being schizotypal but haven't said or done anything about it out of fear, shame, and paranoia. My day to day life is mostly manageable but there no saving us from weird thoughts and fucked up speech patterns is there?

I still have weird thoughts and I still believe there's a hidden camera installed in my house, and that someone is spying on me through my computer and will ridicule me because of the pathetic and disgusting porn i watch.
but all in all, they're alright.
I have gained a lot of weight but I hardly hallucinate these days.

I've spent years at a time living in denial and believing I was truly some special snowflake that knew more than society would ever begin to understand and my life falling apart around me all the time was just bad luck or external forces. The hallucinations are also rare, mild, and easily spotted and recognized. Dots or bars of light, non decript shadowy figures darting around the edges of my vision, or one time a completely clear spider on an invisible string of web in front of me that my roommate actually noticed me swatting away. My stoic nature has people believing I'm just normal and kind of quiet, I never wanted to have to explain to my few friends and family that I'm slowly losing my shit.
