In the case of the woman in OP, my first thought would be "girl with hirsutism" and I think that's because I live in a metro area and so have seen a wide variety of women, many of whom have facial hair or manly features like a big jaw or a long nose.

My ex girlfriend would get mistaken for a boy if she cut her hair short, which was something she enjoyed.

I guess I'd like a society where gender doesn't matter and people are just people , but of course big changes have to happen for that to be possible, if it even is possible.
