There was a running meme between a few other friends about how they would keep telling me to ask her out or say that we were secretly dating or whatever. She was obviously annoyed by that. But I wanna feel like there's a chance.

My advice would be to try to find someone else. Think about the situation in a realistic manner. Every movement she makes is viewed through your lens of autism. I have experienced this myself. It only leads to a life of darkness, and dreams moldering under the rocks. You are in too deep to do anything right. Find a new person.
