we actually have a fit channel but only a few people doing martial arts use it. also we have an ic channel for robots who are drawing, which is mostly about getting critique, so i guess that counts als self-improvment. we also have an advice channel, but people don't really use it. right now not much is happening so just come in and check out the channels i mentioned if youre interested.
